Convert a color into code

Do you need to convert a color for Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, AppKit, or another project? Enter its HEX, RGB, or HSL value and get ready-to-use code without leaving this page.

Choose your preferred numerical precision, copy the result you need, and paste it straight into your project.

Everything runs locally in your browser. Your color isn't uploaded or sent to a server.

We'd love for you to buy Suisai, but if all you need is to convert a color or two, you're welcome to use this tool for free.

Hex, rgb(), hsl(), or three numbers. It stays in your browser.

Adjust decimal precision to suit your project. Higher precision preserves more of the original color value when converting between integer RGB components and normalized floating-point values.

This free converter handles individual colors in a selection of formats. Suisai supports the full set, and can export complete named palettes, including colors sampled from your screen or extracted from photographs.

Individual colors

From a swatch to your project

Choose your preferred output format, then click any swatch to copy its value directly to the clipboard. Paste it into your code editor, or use Copy As when you need a different representation without changing your active format.

You can also drag colors directly into other applications. Drop a swatch into a code editor to insert its formatted value, or into a compatible design application to transfer the color itself.

The same palette can serve both design and development workflows, without requiring separate export operations for every color.

Format settings

Color code that fits your project

Choose from forty-three individual color code formats, covering CSS and web development, Swift and Objective-C, Android, Java, .NET, OpenGL, and more.

Configure the details of your output, including HEX capitalization, numeric precision, separators, spacing, and other format-specific options. Suisai shows a live preview so you can see exactly what will be copied or dragged.

Choose your favorite formats and keep them at the top of the Format menu for quick access. When you need something different, Copy As lets you choose another format without changing your usual settings.

Your generated values follow the conventions you've chosen, making them easier to incorporate into an existing codebase.

Whole-palette export

Export complete palettes for your projects

When you need more than a single color, Suisai can export an entire palette in formats suited to your development workflow.

Generate stylesheets in CSS, SCSS, Sass, or Less, with custom color names converted into usable variable identifiers. Other export options include JSON, XML, HTML, Markdown, and SVG, as well as PNG images and traditional palette files.

You can export through the palette window or drag the palette from its footer into Finder or another destination, using the last-used export format.

The footer dragged straight onto the desktop. Uses your last-used export settings.

Your original palette remains available for further editing, while the exported file is ready to use wherever you need it.
