30-day refunds

Suisai has no trial. The refund window is there instead, so you can buy it, use it properly on your own work, and get your money back if it isn't right for you.

Buying from this website

If you bought Suisai from this website, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You don't need to give a reason.

Paddle sold you the license and looks after order support, so the quickest way is to go to paddle.net, find your order using the email address you bought with, and ask there. Your receipt has a link to the same place.

If you would rather write to a person, email support@suisai.design from the address you bought with and I'll start it off at my end.

Either way the money goes back to the payment method you used. Paddle processes it once approved, and your bank decides how soon it shows up after that.

What happens to your license

A refunded license is revoked. Suisai only ever checks keys on your own Mac, never online, so the key keeps working until an update that includes the revocation is installed. After that it no longer registers.

When a refund can be declined

Only where there's clear evidence of abuse, such as buying and refunding over and over, or a fraudulent purchase.

The Mac App Store

Apple sells Suisai on the Mac App Store, so I can't refund those purchases. Request an App Store refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

After 30 days

If Suisai has a major fault, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and under the consumer laws where you live, apply whenever it happens. The 30-day window comes on top of those rights, not instead of them.

The rest of the terms for buying Suisai are on the terms page.
